He is forward thinking when it comes to methods to source properties and analyze future returns. He has founded real estate technology companies – one streamlined the offer process on residential real estate, and the other moved money digitally in residential transactions. Prior to entering the real estate space, Eric was a Litigation Attorney at Boston-based law firms. He is a graduate of the business school at Fairfield University, and the law school at the University of Maine.
Nicholas is a founder of Messenger Capital specializing in acquisitions, partnerships, and investor relations. Nicholas brings 5+ years of real estate expertise to Messenger Capital, with experience as an acquisitions partner at 42North Capital. Prior to founding Messenger Capital, Nicholas worked in the technology sector in enterprise sales, consulting, and professional services. Nicholas also worked in Law Enforcement as a Detective for the Rhode Island State Police. He is a graduate of Siena College and a current MBA candidate at the Babson College F.W. Olin School of Business.
John M. “Jack” Peckham, is the founder and CEO of Peckham Boston Advisors LLC. (Originally Data Realty Corp, which he grew to New England’s largest income property brokerage firm). He is the author of several real estate books published by Prentice Hall, Harcourt Brace Jovanovich and his latest “A Master Guide to Income Property Brokerage” from Wiley Publishing. A columnist for the Boston. Herald for nine years, his syndicated columns have appeared in over 100 papers nationwide. He has trained tens of thousands of real estate professionals in the art of income brokerage including the use of the internet to leverage the effectiveness of their efforts. He served as Chairman of several committees for the National Association of Realtors (NAR) including the prestigious Strategic Planning Committee, is a Past President of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, was the founding President of the New England CCIM Chapter and has been honored as the Massachusetts State Realtor of the Year.
William is an Investment Consultant for Messenger Capital. He is a commercial real estate professional with 7+ years of acquisition experience. He has worked for both regional and national firms acquiring a broad variety of real estate products spanning various primary and secondary markets along the east coast. William specializes in financial underwriting and investment viability having analyzed deals ranging from $500K to $1.1B. William has also spearheaded company expansion having helped his previous firm reach new markets through various private and government financing vehicles. He is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s Universities Ervian K. Haub School of Business majoring in Finance.
